Working at Heights-WAH

Service Description

This full day program is approved by the Chief Prevention Officer in Ontario, meeting the requirements of the Working at Height Training Standard. Our program is designed for workers in the Ontario construction industry who must complete the required training (Ontario Regulation 213/91 (Construction Projects)). This program consists of a combination of theory and practical modules and will provide students with necessary knowledge to safely perform their duties at height.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of training within 5 business days of scheduled delivery of training to the customer will be at the cost of 50% of quote and contract terms agreed upon by both parties. Any cancellation of training within 3 business days of scheduled delivery of training to the customer will be billed at 100% of quote and contract terms agreed to by both parties. No charge will be applied if cancellation occurs 5 business days prior to the scheduled date for delivery of training to the client Any refund will be in the form of a credit for future use To be used with one year from date of issue. Course are subject to cancellation if insufficient registration. All timelines for services that are to be rendered by Superior Strategies will be determined prior to development by all parties and prior to commencement. Any changes to training costs or additional expenses due to travel, accommodation, and facility rental will be communicated and approved by the client prior to the delivery date.
