Service Description
Qualitative fit testing (QLFT) is a pass/fail method used to determine if a respirator provides an adequate seal to the wearer's face. It relies on the wearer's senses, primarily taste and smell, to detect any leakage of a test agent. If the wearer can detect the test agent, the respirator fails the test. This testing will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You must not have anything to eat/drink except water for 15 minutes prior to the test. Men must also be clean shaven for this test. This is an all in person fit test. No exceptions/no refunds for attending unprepared.
Cancellation Policy
Superior Strategies will ensure the effective delivery of training to all required attendees, utilizing a schedule that works effectively for the client. Proof of training completion will be provided upon successful completion for each participant. Superior Strategies is committed to delivering effective services to meet the needs of our clients. Our programs will be delivered in a comprehensive manner that will meet the client’s needs. Cancellation Terms: -Any cancellation of training within 5 business days of scheduled delivery of training to the customer will be at the cost of 50% of quote and contract terms agreed upon by both parties. -Any cancellation of training within 3 business days of scheduled delivery of training to the customer will be billed at 100% of quote and contract terms agreed to by both parties. No charge will be applied if cancellation occurs 5 business days prior to the scheduled date for delivery of training to the client. -Any refund will be in the form of a credit for future use to be used with one year from date of issue. Courses are subject to cancellation if insufficient registration. All timelines for services that are to be rendered by Superior Strategies will be determined prior to development by all parties and prior to commencement. Any changes to training costs or additional expenses due to travel, accommodation, and facility rental will be communicated and approved by the client prior to the delivery date.
