Superior Strategies On-Site Safety Support provides qualified personnel to staff field safety project positions. We are accountable for implementing and maintaining our clients Safety & Health Procedures on required projects.

INCLUDES:

  • Develop and conduct employee safety and health training programs maintaining our clients Safety & Health Procedures on required projects.

  • Complete on site safety orientations

  • Conducts detailed site safety and health inspections

  • Conducts incident and injury/illness investigations

  • Write detailed injury/illness reports

  • Develop appropriate company safety and health program documents

  • Interfaces with clients and government officials

  • Manages construction contractor safety

  • Analyzes data generated by Safety & Health studies and compiles reports including findings and recommendations including administrative, emergency and PPE controls

  • Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements

  • Acts as a safety project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team

We serve clients across Ontario and Manitoba including Thunder Bay, London, Nipigon, Toronto, Chatham-Kent, Cambridge, Sarnia, Kenora, Dryden, Timmins, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Winnipeg.
