Develop and conduct employee safety and health training programs maintaining our clients Safety & Health Procedures on required projects.

Complete on site safety orientations

Conducts detailed site safety and health inspections

Conducts incident and injury/illness investigations

Write detailed injury/illness reports

Develop appropriate company safety and health program documents

Interfaces with clients and government officials

Manages construction contractor safety

Analyzes data generated by Safety & Health studies and compiles reports including findings and recommendations including administrative, emergency and PPE controls

Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements

Acts as a safety project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team
We serve clients across Ontario and Manitoba including Thunder Bay, London, Nipigon, Toronto, Chatham-Kent, Cambridge, Sarnia, Kenora, Dryden, Timmins, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Winnipeg.
